1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect Product: If we’ve sent you the wrong product, we’ll gladly accept a return and provide a full refund or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. After 14 days, we may no longer be able to accept returns.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Used or Opened Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, including but not limited to:

  • Home decor items (such as lamps or light fixtures).
  • Personal care products (such as soaps, cosmetics, etc.).
  • Any items that are hygienic or consumable by nature.

Please ensure that the items are in original, unused condition if you wish to return them.
